2 Weeks on 2 Weeks off Rosters

We understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance and the impact it has on employee well-being and job satisfaction. With a balanced 2-week on and 2-week off work roster, you’ll have ample time for relaxation, rejuvenation, and pursuing personal interests. Having a predictable roster also allows you the flexibility to plan ahead with family and friends.

Requirements for CQE Drillers and Offsiders

To be eligible to join the CQE team as a Driller or Offsider, you’ll need to have the following:

  • A valid Heavy Rigid Synchromesh or Road Ranger Truck Licence
  • Standard 11 (highly regarded)
  • Coal Board Medical (highly regarded but not required if new to industry)
  • Passing a drug and alcohol screen
  • Certificate III or IV in Drilling Operations (drillers only)
  • A moderate level of physical fitness required to carry out manual labour
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • A fantastic work ethic and commitment to safety
