An integral part of our business is equipment maintenance. It is a core component within the Safety and Environmental Management Plan and the Business Continuity Plan.
Our maintenance program (4PS) tracks equipment certification and site compliance along with hourly and calendar usage of rigs and associated equipment.
Pre-start inspections are conducted and reported via our mobile app along with defect identification.
Scheduled services are auto-generated through 4PS, enabling our maintenance team to identify and schedule servicing and preventative maintenance work scopes.
Our mine site compliance documentation is also recorded in 4PS which automatically flags certification and consumable renewal requirements. Daily reports are automatically generated and sent to the management team to ensure our equipment is maintained and compliant every day.
