Training

All CQE personnel are enrolled in our continual improvement programmes.

CQE has developed several industry and company-specific training modules that new employees complete before mobilisation to site.

Equipment-specific familiarisation modules have been developed for all CQE equipment packages to ensure our personnel are competent in the use of that equipment before commencing work with it.

Field personnel hold multiple industry-recognised training certifications. New employees are enrolled in those industry programmes immediately after their probationary period.

Our teams are required to obtain the following certifications:

• RII20920 – Certificate II in Drilling Operations
• RII31820 – Certificate III in Drilling Operations
• RII40920 – Certificate IV in Drilling Operations
